SESAM: End of Applications and Monitoring of Awards
No new SESAM application is possible since July 1, 2026. Existing awards remain monitored according to their decision, without automatic transfer to Job Plus.
The SPW update of September 24, 2026 confirms the end of new SESAM applications and replacement by the Job Plus incentive. Applications for extension or expansion had to be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
An already-granted aid continues according to the conditions of the award decision, at the latest until December 31, 2029, if the obligations are met. Keep the decision and verify its requirements before any worker replacement or change in workforce.
No particular action is required to continue the normal monitoring of an ongoing SESAM with Le Forem. At the end of the award, any potential Job Plus aid requires a separate application; the worker does not automatically transfer.
