Impulsion -25 Years and Impulsion 12 Months+ no longer allow opening a new benefit since July 1, 2026. The ONEM sheet remains useful for managing already-granted allowances.
Sheet T40, updated July 1, 2026, announces the repeal for new benefits and the extinction of ongoing benefits no later than December 31, 2029. Do not present these aids as accessible to a new recruitment in September 2026.
In files still under transitional arrangements, the work allowance constitutes a subsidy that the employer can deduct from net salary. The contractual conditions indicated since July 1, 2023 are a permanent contract or fixed-term contract of at least two months. The contract and Impulsion annex must be signed together.
The application goes through the mutual fund or trade union and must reach ONEM within two months following the month work begins. Verify the individual decision before any deduction in payroll, especially when changing contracts. Old procedural instructions do not reopen a right that has been removed.
