Distributing an Offer to Le Forem: Content and Responsibilities
The terms of distribution through Le Forem APIs require real, accurate and non-discriminatory offers. They are particularly useful to a recruiter posting for its clients or from HR software.
The updated terms of December 12, 2023 require a request for access and identifiers issued by Le Forem. The service allows automatic transmission of offers managed for the company or its clients. These conditions concern this distribution channel.
Point 5 notably requires the function and its description, number of positions, location, job category, sector, contract, work regime, qualifications or experience, language, publication date and application procedures. Use Le Forem nomenclatures.
Remove the ad as soon as the position is no longer really available. Points 9 to 11 recall equal treatment, Collective Agreement No. 38 and data protection. Le Forem can refuse an inadequate ad and suspend access in case of non-compliance; the user remains responsible for the content.
