AViQ: Integration Bonus for a Disabled Worker

RecommendationVerified

AViQ can reimburse 25% of the salary cost for one year for a hire or return to work meeting its conditions. Submit the application with the worker's agreement before hiring or within three months following.

The sheet published on April 18, 2024 requires AViQ recognition and an employment contract or public status. For hiring, it notably targets professional inactivity of at least six months over the preceding nine months. It also provides for return after incapacity or a reintegration decision.

The 25% reimbursement is based on the remuneration admissible at the company's expense, including the gross, capped if necessary at 150% of the guaranteed minimum average monthly income, and employer contributions taken into account. The maximum duration indicated is one year.

Address the application to the competent regional office according to the worker's residence. The contribution is liquidated quarterly on supporting documents. Also examine mentoring, position adjustment and adjustment of working conditions with AViQ, as each aid has its own cumulative conditions.
