IFIC: July 2026 Indexation and Scope
Use the IFIC grid for July 2026 for affected private establishments. The private calculator does not constitute a validated reference for the public sector.
Since July 2026, IFIC applies the indexation in cents described on its page: 2% on the portion up to 4,000 euros gross monthly full-time, with a maximum increase of 80 euros for higher salaries. The formula was validated by the social partners of CP 330 on June 29, 2026.
Application to new hires or changes in position depends on the sector: federal private since May 1, 2018; Flemish regionalized private since November 1, 2019; Walloon regionalized private since January 9, 2023; Brussels regionalized private according to the establishment's date E, between October 17, 2022 and January 16, 2023.
Identify the employer's public or private status and collective bargaining field before setting the offer. Location in Flanders, Wallonia or Brussels alone does not determine the grid.
