Work with Minors: Extract 596-2
When the function involves education, psycho-medical-social guidance or supervision of minors, identify form 596-2. A general extract does not correspond to this purpose.
The Federal Public Service Justice attaches form 596-2 to article 596, paragraph 2, of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It distinguishes this form from form 595 basic and form 596-1 intended for regulated activities. Clarify the actual activities of the position in the application, especially for an educator or a role supervising minors.
