Cleaning and service vouchers: choose the right commission
A domestic help position under service vouchers does not automatically fall under CP 121. Check approval, employer activity and contract type before posting the salary.
A service voucher contract is concluded with a company approved by the competent Region. For a company employing only service voucher workers, the compensation of these workers falls under SCP 322.01. Service voucher workers from a temp agency also follow this SCP.
A sui generis section of a company with another activity may fall under the scales of the commission competent for that company. Administrative staff at a service voucher company do not automatically fall under SCP 322.01. The title 'cleaning' alone is therefore insufficient to choose the scale.
