CP 121: work minima and exceptions
Sector minima are 18 hours per week and 3 hours per day. Categories 1A and 1B benefit from derogations; the general threshold is not 19 hours.
The sheet cites article 18 of the collective agreement of July 2, 2026 on work duration and organization, registered under number 200883/CO/121, effective January 1, 2026. It indicates minimum work of three hours per day and eighteen hours per week.
Work corresponding to categories 1A and 1B escape the weekly minimum. For these categories, the sheet also notes a derogation from the minimum three-hour duration of article 21 of the law of March 16, 1971 and from the one-third rule of article 11bis of the law of July 3, 1978. Check classification before setting a small schedule.
