CP 121: year-end bonus
The Social Fund calculates the year-end bonus over a period from July to June. Check qualifying days and equivalent work before calculating the benefit.
The FGTB sheet updated March 2, 2026 notably provides for access after at least 60 actual or equivalent days during the period from July 1 of the preceding year to June 30 of the relevant year. Another path is based on a gross salary amount; the displayed threshold concerns 2025 and does not allow affirming the 2026 threshold.

Since the 2024 bonus, maternity leave is credited up to 114 days per leave, subject to actual work during the reference period. The Fund calculates the bonus; new members must follow the procedure for submitting the payment certificate to their union organization.
