Students: written contract before starting
Verify that studies are the candidate's main activity. A student replacement in cleaning requires a written individual contract before employment begins.
A student employment contract is concluded for a fixed term in two copies and signed no later than employment start. It must contain the mandatory terms of the student regime. Studies must be the main activity and work must remain secondary.
Continuous employment of at least twelve months with the same employer precludes using a student contract in that relationship thereafter. Also check exclusions related to education type and internships. Dimona formalities and safety obligations remain to be handled separately.
