Cleaning at client: attendance recording
Since September 1, 2024, affected real estate cleaning services require recording of start times, end times and breaks. Prepare system access as part of worker onboarding.
Check In and Out at Work applies to cleaning of real estate for a third party under work declaration conditions. Not all CP 121 activities are automatically covered. The employer informs staff of affected sites and provides recording means.
The worker records their presence in real time at the service location: IN at start, OUT at end, OUT when departing for break then IN when resuming. The employer cannot record attendance in advance.
Correction requires an employer request to the National Social Security Office, supported by documentation, within thirty days of recording. The legal basis appears in articles 22 to 49 of the program law of December 26, 2022. The page has news dated July 30, 2026.
