Temp work: communicate position risks
The user company must communicate the position qualifications and risks before selecting the temporary worker. The job sheet enables the agency to select a person fit for the assigned tasks.
Before placement, the user company describes professional requirements and wellbeing information via the job sheet. The temporary work agency selects the worker on this basis and transmits received information before their assignment.
During the assignment, the user company is responsible for applying wellbeing rules on site. For a forklift operator, production operator or welder, document actual equipment and risks; do not assign the worker to another risky activity without reexamining this information. Articles 12ter and 12quater of the Wellbeing Law require refusing a collaboration known not to meet these obligations.
The framework is in Book X, Title 2, of the Wellbeing Code, which entered into force on June 12, 2017. This date serves as reference absent an update date.
