With zero seniority, the minimum monthly gross at full-time is 2,574.27 € in class 1, 2,810.29 € in class 2 and 3,755.40 € in class 8. The amounts apply to the company's full-time schedule; for part-time, apply the ratio between the contracted hours and that schedule.
An employee who usually performs functions from multiple classes receives the compensation of the highest function. The page provides special spreading rules for certain promotions of at least two classes. Do not infer the class solely from the job title.
