CP 140.03 : wages and bonuses 2026
Apply the scale corresponding to mobile staff, non-mobile staff or garage staff and the compensatory rest regime. The collective agreement of December 18, 2025 sets the amounts as of January 1, 2026.
The collective agreement 196981/CO/140.03 applies to workers in ONSS category 083. For level 1 mobile staff, the minimum gross is 14.5425 €/hour with paid compensatory rest, versus 14.9255 €/hour with unpaid rest or 38 effective hours per week. At level 4, the corresponding rates are 15.4020 € and 15.8075 €.
For non-mobile class 1 staff, the rates are 15.2435 € and 15.6465 €/hour respectively. The annex provides for a shift bonus of 7.5 % of the hourly wage scale per hour actually worked, excluding garage staff, and a night bonus of 12.5 % for non-mobile staff.
Check the conditions for opening bonuses and, for new hires concerned, the night rules that came into force on June 1, 2026. The offer must distinguish base salary, bonuses and expense reimbursements.
