Flemish fee of 180 € for single permit
Since September 1, 2026, a single permit application intended for Flanders entails a regional fee of €180. Payment must occur within 15 days of filing.
The amount of €180 applies to initial applications and renewals, in addition to the federal fee for residence. Work card applications are excluded. The regional amount is indexed each January 1; do not automatically reuse the 2026 amount for a later year.
After effectively submitting the file to the single counter, pay the request associated with the file number. If not paid within 15 days, the file is automatically closed. Processing begins only when the file is complete and payment is received and processed.
The paid fee is not refunded, including in case of refusal, withdrawal, or cancellation. Plan for payment and single counter access rights in the recruitment timeline, particularly for renewal.
