Sectoral discrimination tests announced in 2026
The program announced on July 29, 2026 measures discrimination in hiring related to origin and advanced age. These sectoral tests have an awareness-raising objective, without individual legal sanctions.
The public tender covers the 30 sectors participating in the tenth generation of sectoral agreements for 2026-2028. Depending on recruitment practices, researchers will use fictitious applications sent to real offers or fictitious phone calls.
The publication provides for aggregated results by sector; company names will not be published and individual results will remain confidential. To prepare for recruitment, apply consistent and explainable criteria to comparable candidates.
As of September 30, 2026, this source describes a program in preparation: contract award expected in autumn, then test implementation, with sectoral reports expected in spring 2028. It does not prove that tests have already begun.
