ITAA: admission and internship agreement
Hiring as an ITAA trainee requires professional admission procedures. The employment contract does not replace registration with the Institute.
Article 9 of the Royal Decree of 11 September 2020 provides for submission of the file to the Institute by no later than three months before the admission exam. The file includes notably diplomas, possible exemption requests and a criminal record extract less than three months old, unless the Institute already has it under legal conditions. This requirement applies to the file submitted to ITAA.
Articles 10 and 11 govern access to the exam and its purpose, verification of theoretical knowledge. Chapter 5 provisions organize the internship agreement and conduct. Before promising a recognized internship, verify with the candidate admission, master trainee and agreement. The decree entered into force on 30 September 2020 and includes an erratum published 7 October 2020.
