The CP 200 minimum wage takes into account experience gained before hiring, including outside the new employer. Collect career information necessary for wage scale classification.

Article 3 of the CLA of 9 June 2016 includes actual and deemed services as employee, self-employed or statutory civil servant. To determine years of experience, part-time services are treated as full-time.

Deemed periods include certain leave and incapacity, with limits provided by Article 3. A deemed period cannot be combined with a period of activity or other deemed service. Article 2 provides proportional pay for part-time and scale change the month following when the condition is met. Use indexed 2026 amounts, not historical amounts attached to this CLA.
