CP 200: eco-cheques and part-time
The CLA provides up to 250 € in eco-cheques per year, paid in June. Part-time arrangements follow precise tiers, not simple multiplication of amount by occupancy rate.
Article 4 of the CLA of 9 June 2016 provides, for a complete reference period, 250 € at full-time or from 4/5, 200 € from 3/5 and below 4/5, 150 € from 1/2 and below 3/5, and 100 € below 1/2.
The reference runs from June of the previous year to May of the payment year. An incomplete period results in a pro-rata of actual and deemed benefits under CLA no. 98. The employer informs the departing employee of the amount still due.
Article 5 allows conversion to equivalent benefit by 31 October for the following year, or 31 May before first payment at a new company. It requires written agreement with union representation, or prior notice to employees in its absence. The CLA has been applicable since 1 July 2016.
