CP 200: minimum wages 2026
For a hire falling under CP 200, choose the class and years of experience before setting the salary. The official amounts below are minimum monthly gross amounts at full-time applicable from 1 January 2026.
On scale I, with zero years of experience, the minimums are 2,242.80 € in class A, 2,336.26 € in B, 2,369.30 € in C and 2,555.72 € in D. At ten years of experience, they reach respectively 2,334.52 €, 2,567.80 €, 2,799.16 € and 3,022.34 €.
Scale II concerns active employees with one year in the same company. At ten years of experience, its minimums are 2,397.32 € in A, 2,637.36 € in B, 2,875.48 € in C and 3,105.00 € in D.
