Cleaning: record check-ins, check-outs and breaks

Since September 1, 2024, the worker records on site the start and end of activity as well as breaks. The obligation also applies to self-employed, temporary workers, and interns executing activities within the system's scope.

The regime applies to cleaning real estate for a third party when the declaration falls under thresholds applicable to construction work. Check the scope of the construction declaration before configuring access. A simple daily attendance note does not replace the recording of check-outs and breaks.
