Construction sites: record attendance with Checkinatwork

For construction work, the threshold is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. Recording concerns people executing the work, including the self-employed; the company and executor must ensure it has been done. The system also covers certain meat sector activities in establishments subject to AFSCA.

Identify the site and agree beforehand on who records attendance before the start of each day's work. The notice published July 30, 2026 announces the shift of construction work to Check in and out at Work on April 1, 2027. As of September 30, 2026, this shift is not yet applicable.
