RMMMG: 2,189.81 € since April 2026
The National Labor Council indicates a minimum guaranteed average monthly income of 2,189.81 € since April 1, 2026. First check applicable sector minimum for the position.
Collective agreement No. 43 of May 2, 1988 frames minimum guaranteed average monthly income. The increase step of April 1, 2026 is achieved by collective agreement No. 43/18. The amount published by the Council concerns workers aged 18 and over under this regime.
Minimum guaranteed average monthly income does not necessarily correspond only to monthly base salary: certain annual compensation, like a thirteenth month, enters verification. An individual contract cannot fall below the minimum set by the applicable sector collective agreement.
Do not indiscriminately apply this amount to students aged 18 to 20: they fall under the reduced minimum of collective agreement No. 50. Collective agreement No. 43 does not cover ages 16 and 17 or young people in apprenticeship training either. For part-time, check collective agreement No. 35 procedures.
