Eco-vouchers: entitlement, limits and 2026 list
Eco-vouchers are not automatic entitlement for everyone. Verify applicable collective agreement or authorized individual agreement.
Collective agreement No. 98 sets the private sector minimal framework and permitted purchases. The exemption notably requires maximum 10 € per voucher value and 250 € maximum per worker per year. Validity period is twenty-four months.
The sector or company collective agreement specifies amount and procedures. Individual agreement is possible in authorized cases, notably absent union delegation. For mid-year start or end, calculation must at least account for contract period and provided assimilations.
The list of permitted purchases was amended by collective agreement No. 98/12 of February 24, 2026, effective June 1, 2026. Use this list to describe the benefit. Social conditions notably fall under article 19quater of the November 28, 1969 royal decree.
