Mandatory provisions to include in student contract
The contract must describe the position, remuneration, working time, and practical safety information.
Indicate the identity, birth date, and address of the parties, contract dates, location, position, daily and weekly hours, remuneration or its calculation, payment date, joint committee, and any lodging provided. Mention application of the law protecting remuneration as well as the duration and conditions of the trial period.
Add schedules and rest periods, first aid, contacts of personnel representatives, prevention service, and labor law inspection. Provisions corresponding to items 12° to 19° of Article 124 may be subject to explicit reference to the work rules containing them. Information about the trial period has been mandatory since November 10, 2022.
