Horeca: combining student and occasional work

The 650-hour regime established in 2025 remains distinct from the 50 annual days of horeca occasional work. The student and employer agree on which regime to use.

Occasional work limits the contract to two successive days and calculates contributions on a flat rate. Check Horeca@work for available days and Student at work for student hours. A student contract remains required if its conditions are met.
