Declare hours in Dimona STU

The STU declaration must precede work and be based on an already-signed student contract.

ONSS 2026/3 instructions require one Dimona per quarter covered by the contract, with planned hours. Do not declare a quarter without work or zero hours. Each hour started counts as one full hour in Dimona and DmfA.

Without prior Dimona STU, the solidarity regime is refused for the late-declared period, even if the quota remains available. Change planned hours by the last day of the month following the quarter; after DmfA introduction, this change no longer adjusts the quota.

Declare the actual address of the first workplace when it differs from the registered office. In construction, instructions also require both C3.2 card numbers each quarter.
