Posting: stamps and OPOC registration
For a foreign employer, verify the stamp regime and any equivalences. The 2019 collective agreement modifies the procedure provided in the 2013 text.
The collective agreement of February 14, 2019 amends Article 1 of the collective agreement of September 12, 2013. The foreign employer fulfills its OPOC registration obligation through Limosa declaration. Check this declaration before the worksite.
For loyalty stamps, the exemption related to equivalent benefits in the country of establishment meets the conditions of the text and the examination by the collection entity. Do not consider a simple assertion by the employer as sufficient proof.
The provisions for collection, issuance, and valuation of weather stamps do not apply to foreign employers and workers they temporarily post in Belgium. The employer remains required to pay the full guaranteed daily wage if the day is interrupted due to weather. The amendment took effect on January 1, 2019.
