Loyalty and weather stamps: beneficiaries and calculation
Loyalty and weather stamps are distinct sectoral benefits. Students are excluded from this collective agreement; temporary workers covered are included.
The collective agreement of September 12, 2013, applicable since September 1, 2013, provides for loyalty stamps at 9% and weather stamps at 2% of gross remuneration at 100%. Articles 2 to 4 distinguish employer contributions from benefits paid: 9.12% for loyalty and administration; 2.10% for weather and administration.
Weather stamps concern companies in ONSS categories 024 and 054 and temporary workers assigned to them. Do not promise this benefit to all employees of a construction company. The loyalty period runs from July 1 to June 30; the weather period from January 1 to December 31.
