Checkinatwork: register attendance before work
Organize daily registration of people working on sites subject to Checkinatwork. Exit registration announced for April 2027 does not yet apply as of September 30, 2026.
For real estate work covered, the threshold is 500,000 € excluding VAT for the total work amount. The site must be listed in the Work Declaration. The employer or contractor organizes registration of workers, subcontractors, and self-employed; they can also register themselves.
Registration must take place each day before work begins. On arrival, specify the method used and the person responsible for verifying registered attendance.
The ONSS notice of July 30, 2026 announces the transition to Check in and out at work on April 1, 2027, under articles 124 to 131 of the program law of May 30, 2026. As of that date, covered real estate work can no longer be registered in Checkinatwork. Prepare the migration without anticipating the exit requirement.
