CP 124: minimum wages as of July 1, 2026
Set the gross hourly wage by occupational category and team responsibility. The official scale applicable as of July 1, 2026 was updated on July 7, 2026.
For the 40-hour regime, published gross hourly minima: category I, 18.592 €; IA, 19.517 €; II, 19.820 €; IIA, 20.810 €; III, 21.078 €; IV, 22.374 €. These scales apply to workers; certain activities, notably dredging and concrete plants supplying third parties, have separate agreements.
The crew leader must receive at least 10% above the wage corresponding to their qualification and the contractual wage of the highest qualification in their team. The scale indicates 23.186 €/h for crew leader III, 24.597 €/h for crew leader IV, and 26.810 €/h for foreman IV.
As of July 1, 2026, the supplement for hours in an active petrochemical company is 0.799 €/h. Published daily allowances are 16.81 € for lodging and 35.19 € for meals. Verify the conditions for granting them before announcing them.
