Horeca: suppression of register-linked reduction
No longer budget NSSO reduction for fixed Horeca workers from July 2026 recruitment. NSSO confirms elimination with no transition.
NSSO 2026/3 instructions announce the elimination of this target-group reduction as of July 1, 2026, per the program law of May 30, 2026 published June 1. Subsequent developments on the page describe the old system and no longer constitute aid available for the third quarter 2026.
The eliminated system tied the benefit to an approved register in the establishments concerned and daily recording of work start and end times via SCE/GKS or alternative system. It explicitly distinguished these records from Dimona, which remained necessary. Do not present the old timekeeping tied to this reduction as a formality still allowing aid access.
