Since June 1, 2026, night work is in principle permitted in sectors subject to labor law. Its general definition remains the 8 PM to 6 AM period. This permission does not excuse compliance with work rules, rest, CBAs, and special protections.

A regime with night services targets habitual work between 8 PM and 6 AM with always services between midnight and 5 AM. Article 38 provides for a special procedure, including prior consultation per applicable arrangements. Before publishing the offer, verify the actual regime, work rules, and sector benefits.
