Flexi-jobs: controls and wages in September 2026
Check individual flexi-job access and apply sector wages. The July 2026 Horeca amount is replaced by the September amount.
In principle, the non-pensioned candidate must have worked at least 80% in quarter T-3. Also check incompatibilities with employer and related businesses, as well as temporary exclusion after reduction from 100% to 80%. Conclude the required framework contract then the flexi contract, declare in Dimona FLX, and record services. Temps workers follow specific arrangements described by NSSO.
Since September 1, 2026, the Horeca minimum is 12.11 euros/hour plus 0.93 euros vacation allowance, equaling 13.04 euros/hour. The stated Horeca ceiling is 21 euros/hour excluding vacation allowance, or 22.61 euros with allowance. In other sectors, including retail, base pay respects the job wage scale and its ceiling is in principle 150% of minimum. The tax ceiling for non-pensioned is 18,440 euros for 2026.
