Diversity plan: financing and Actiris label
The employer can have a diversity plan approved with Actiris and request financing. The label requires favorable evaluation of a global or thematic plan.
Articles 7 and 8 of the May 7, 2009 order provide for a lead structure, involvement of competent consultation bodies, and support by an Actiris diversity consultant. The file notably analyzes recruitment, personnel management, internal communication, and external positioning, then sets objectives and a timeline.
In the regime effective January 1, 2020, article 9 caps the mini-plan at 5,000 euros. The global plan and thematic plan can receive maximum co-financing of 10,000 euros covering at most half of eligible expenses. The maximum period is 24 months, subject to available funding; ordinary worker salaries are not eligible.
Articles 11 and 14 condition payment on justifications, activity report, and favorable evaluation. Article 15 then allows requesting the label for sites covered by a global or thematic plan. Do not announce label achievement upon plan submission.
