Publish and track a job offer on My Actiris
Actiris terms of use require genuine job offers, accurate descriptions, and application tracking. Services are free and the employer remains responsible for published content.
Terms updated June 26, 2024 require a VAT number and compliance with employer’s legal obligations. According to article 1, self-managed job offers can be published in French, Dutch, or English; those managed by Actiris are drafted in French and/or Dutch, with a separate framework for international.
Articles 2 and 3 require publishing only positions actually to be filled, describing work precisely, and respecting notably CBA no. 38 and anti-discrimination rules. Follow applications within a reasonable timeframe and close expired offers. In Actiris management, also communicate the outcome of proposed applications.
Article 4 reserves candidate data for the recruitment procedure and prohibits their communication to third parties. Actiris can suspend an offer and block an account for non-compliance with conditions, per article 5.
